Winter hours

Tourtière

You asked for tourtière and we listened. Our first batch has been made according to an old family recipe and includes pork, beef, grated carrots, grated potato, bay leaves, nutmeg & cloves.

But there are so many regional varieties, traditional recipes and secret ingredients, and we want to test out as many recipes as we can.

Will you share your recipe with us? Is there an ingredient you think tourtière can’t be without, or that should never be included?

We want to know what you think.

Let's Talk Turkey

Do you have your Christmas turkey ordered? We are now taking turkey orders and recommend you order as soon as you can.

Just let us know what size you want up from the smallest which are between 12lbs to 16lbs, up to a whopping 42lbs! You might want to reserve a jar of Major Craig’s Cranberry chutney to go with it.

We have lots of other exciting Christmas treats we are planning for your delectation, so we hope you will visit often!
