Island Spice Rubs and marinates

Something spicy has arrived in the shop! We are now carrying a selection of Island Spice seasonings and marinates.


Speciality cuts

If you're looking for something a little special then remember we are the place to come. Given some notice we can provide you with a "Crown Roast", 2" thick steaks be it strip loin, tenderloin or boneless rib. How about a Bone in Rib eye or tenderloin?


Speciality or Exotic meats

We are asked if we can procure some speciality meats such as Bison, Wild Boar, Venison, Rabbit and Goat. Whilst we always do our best to provide you the meats you like and want we can not always carry these in store and would like to remind you that if you would like something special then please call us at the shop.


What's good for the BBQ?

Beef - Strip loins, tenderloin, Boneless Rib (Rib eye) Rib steak, tri tip and top Sirloin.

Pork - Rib end chop (bone in and boneless), butterfly and boneless center cut chops and bone in center cut chops

Lamb - Butterflied boneless leg

Chicken - Butterflied or Flat chicken
