Prepared Counter

This week the prepared counter has seen some new items and some old favourites. New to the counter are the chicken enchiladas, burritos and country pies. Claudia continues to produce the very popular Cornish (style) pasties, Spanokopita and Jamaican patties. You’ll also find our 3 smoked chorizo sausages – Mexican, Spanish and Portuguese.

Long Weekend

We all love that we will have that extra day and hope for that dry, warm and sunny day and can heat up the BBQ! You know we have all of your usual favourite steaks, pork chops, and chicken. Don’t forget those (made fresh in house) sausages and burgers (including our chicken burgers).

Why not try a “premium” top sirloin roast? They are great on the BBQ and as an oven roast, or there is always a prime rib! Don’t be disappointed so call us and place your order for the weekend.

A Little Extra

As well as supplying local meat we also carry additional local products. There is granola from Siren Bakery, Island Spiced rubs and marinades, cheese from Black River, Fifth town and Clarmell, milk from Cochrane’s, eggs from Bekings, jams from Michaelsdolce and Shouldice and now we have coffee from NoGo a new local roaster. So we can provide you with a great choice of local produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
