Shimas Beef

This week we see the return of the lean Piedmontese beef from Shimas Farm located near Morewood. We have a side of beef available to us so that means we will have a full range of cuts available.

Some of you have been quick off the mark and the Top Sirloin has already been snapped up! Call, email or message us to make sure you get your preferred cut.

Something New

We’ve been asked about duck, goose and other poultry and we’re happy to say that we are able to get some great product from Mariposa farms. This coming weekend we will have some duck breast and legs and whole birds available for you. You will find them in the freezer in the store.

Mariposa also raises heritage breed pigs and we will be taking a side of pork from them in the coming weeks. We’ll let everyone know when it is available through our Social Media accounts.

Rewards & Loyalty

We have recently started a loyalty card program in the store . You gain points for every $10 spent and these can be redeemed in the store. The current offer is gain 20 points and receive 5% off of your purchase when redeemed.

In other news

Our friends at Seed to Sausage have recently re-introduced their chipotle chili smoked bacon! It’s as good as ever, wrap a chicken breast in a few rashers and bake in the oven.
