Less than 3 weeks to Easter!

The clock is ticking, Easter is on the horizon. Have you ordered your lamb or ham for the holiday?

We have some great local Ontario lamb available for you. Will it be a leg, rack or shoulder for your Easter?

As with every holiday we always have local meat for you. Lamb seems to be the tradition for Easter but we also have local beef, pork, turkey and ham available. (Lyons only have frozen available at this time of year).

Spring weather is coming?

We’re all hoping that this week will be the start of warmer spring like temperatures. For some of us that means our BBQ will be peaking through the snow for the first time in a while.


Remember to get your order in for Easter soon. Fresh lamb, smoked ham or even turkey (Lyons only have frozen available at this time of year).

In other news

We’re keeping the shop freezer full for you and switching the available product too. This week we’re adding some duck breast and legs from Mariposa. These packages will join other frozen poultry products from Lyons Turkey Farm; sausages, ground breast or thigh and turkey bacon!
