Three weeks and counting

Thanksgiving always seems to creep up on us and with it comes the last minute rush to secure your fresh turkey or ham for dinner. We are taking reservations for fresh turkey, smoked ham or anything else that you would like to have at your table for Thanksgiving.

Once again this year there will be a draw made for all of those who have placed their order by the end of day on October 2nd. The prizes will be a fixed discount off of your Thanksgiving turkey. 1st will receive 50% off, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20% and 4th 10%. Good luck to all of you who have already been entered.


Oktoberfest runs from September 20th to October 3rd. Lothar has created a couple of great tasting sausages for the occasion and they will be available over the duration (while supplies last of course).

What’s in the freezer?

Over the summer we put several types of our store made sausages in handy 4 packs for you. As Fall arrives (yes we’re still in denial) we’ll be switching some things around again and you will find some pot pies and Tourtiere.

Midweek meat

A midweek roast is perfect for an evening meal. You can pot roast or oven roast to perfection the choice is yours. With a plethora of fresh fruit and vegetables available the possibilities can be endless. Apples, pears, cranberries and squash can be a perfect accompaniment to pork.
