Talking Turkey

We’re still talking turkey! Well talking about turkey. Over the coming week we’ll still be taking your reservations for fresh turkey from “Lyons Turkey Farm” near Spencerville. The regular ranges are available “12-16”, “16-20”, “20-25” & “25 upwards”.

You might only need a breast or a ½ bird to make your Thanksgiving dinner a success and we will ensure you get what you require.

The important message is that it is still not too late to reserve a turkey for your Thanksgiving dinner. We can take reservations via phone, email, twitter and even in person. Remember to reserve by the weekend and you will automatically be entered into our free Thanksgiving draw.

A Smoked Ham

If turkey is not for you and your family this Thanksgiving then how about a smoked ham? These great hams are smoked and just need to be warmed through in your oven. If you have a favorite glaze then you can apply it as your ham bakes.

Ottawa Ping Pong

This coming Friday (3rd October) sees the annual charity ping pong tournament held at SpinBin (The Cabin) on Dalhousie. Once again I will be there with the bar-b-que providing some of our all beef hot dogs, burgers and store made sausages. Our good friend Tony Marcantonio will have some of his delicious pulled pork available as well.
