Vol.37 – February 27th 2012

Manotick Village Butcher

Serving the community

Our councillor Scott Moffatt will be in store this week (Feb 28th Noon – 2pm). Scott is spending a day in the life with our friends at NoGo Coffee. We’re happy to announce that as part of that day Scott will be serving up some free samples in the store.

There will be a special for the time that Scott is in store and that will be “his” favorite steak or chop.

Seniors Day

Moving forward Tuesdays will now be “Seniors Day”. There will be a 15% discount for all meat purchased by seniors on Tuesdays. The discount covers all available meat in the store including the freezer.

Not Meat

Over the weeks and months we have been making a few changes to our product lines. There are new cheeses from Empire cheese. They are a co-op based near Campbellford, ON. They join other local suppliers Clarmell Farms, Fifth Town, Glengarry and Black River.

Easter

We are already thinking out Easter and want to ensure you all get the cut that you want for your meal. There are a few who have already got their order in for lamb. Order yours soon and avoid disappointment.
