Sausages

Our sausages are made fresh in-store with local pasture raised meats and all natural ingredients. We grind the meat ourselves so it is all quality meat not fat, gristle and other unmentionables! There are NO mystery meats or preservatives here! We DON'T use MSG, nitrates or nitrites. Many of our sausages are dairy free and gluten free.

We love to try new things and often experiment with new varieties, such as James’ awesome Ostrich sausages or the holiday special ‘Turkey and Major Craig’s cranberry chutney’ sausages, so the list below is far from definitive. We also welcome recommendations, so if you have a favourite type of sausage let us know.
