With Claudia, a graduate of Algonquin College's Culinary Management program, and
James, who recently graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, we are very lucky
to have a lot of talent in our kitchen and fortunately they are more than happy to
share their expertise. This section of the website is dedicated to sharing some of
their recipes with you.
The first recipe we would like to share with you is for
Short Ribs. James developed this
delicious treat when he was invited onto CBC's All in a Day radio program.
"By searing the short ribs ahead of time and braising them for a long time
the ribs fall off the bone and are still very tender. The sauce created from the
braising liquid is dark, thick and rich tasting. Prepare the day before and warm for
a quick meal." James
